I have a paper shredder that no longer works. Would you be able to recycle the shredding component even if you can\'t send a postage paid label and I pay postage myself? Also I have two cell phones that I no longer use because of switching phone companies. They work just fine, and I\'d like to donate them to a battered women\'s program or something similar. Would you be able to distribute working cell phones to a charity? Thanks
